Even as a child, I was very active in sports.

Whether in summer or winter, I always played outside with my friends. I loved climbing the trees, swimming in the lake, riding my bike and playing "wars". In the winter, the favorite game was sledding and throwing snowballs at each other. In school, sports lessons were very important in my time. Gymnastics was compulsory teaching from the first year of school and I was enthusiastic about it. Long distance running also excited me already in elementary school.

 

When I was 15 I fell in love with aerobics and even then I decided to become a fitness trainer one day.

Since the profession of fitness trainer was not a worthy education at that time, I naturally had to choose another profession. So I decided to become a policewoman after graduating from high school. Unfortunately, I did not get a place at the Police Academy in Szczytno and so I decided to look for other options. Then I studied German language and literature in Poznan and later business administration at the University of Lüneburg. However, fitness accompanied me throughout my studies.

I completed my first further training as a fitness trainer and fitness class instructor during my business studies. As a Fitness Trainer and Fitness Class Instructor I financed most of my studies. So I became a very sporty and fitness enthusiastic diploma businesswoman.

In 2010 I also completed further education to become a Professional Personal Trainer at the Profi Fitness School. The personal trainer certificate enabled me to supervise people in the area of strength training in addition to leading many fitness class formats.

 

Fitness Coach is not a profession for me,

it is for me

the essence of my life.

 

On the one hand, it's the vocation. I feel responsible for keeping people fit and thus contributing to their happiness. On the other hand, I need my job as a trainer to feel happy and fulfilled myself.

When I challenge my training partners to do even better during a workout and see the hard-fighting grimace on their faces and hear the word thank you after the workout, it makes me very happy and grateful.
